For those of you with a Blackberry ( will work with other cell phones too but differently ) you can log on to your hhs email website to enter phones numbers, or do it from the phone. I found that if you program the GETS number 1-710-627-4387 and then enter 3 pauses then your pin ( found on your GETS card ), it will do everything for you, then you enter the number you want to call.

On Blackberry device enter the above phone number, then press scroll wheel in, you have choice of "add pause" use that three time, then enter your pin and save normal way, if doing it online a pause is entered via a comma for each second.

When you dial with that method, it will dial in, a pause is heard then you'll hear your pin beeps, then voice will say "Enter your destination number now" that's the number you want to connect to.
